  2. Minimum wager $25 by phone, $10 by Internet.

  3. BAD LINE RULE - Pay per Head Sportsbook will not accept wagers on events posted with obvious or gross line errors. Management also reserves the right to cancel any wager made on an obvious "bad" line whether due to software or human error.

  4. Members should check their account balance on a weekly basis at the minimum.

  5. Members must state their PIN and password to the sports consultant prior to obtaining a line or placing a wager.

  6. Account balances are verified by the sports consultant. Any discrepancies will be corrected by the customer service department.

  7. Pay per Head Sportsbook keeps track of all wagers by computer. Any discrepancies with regard to wagers will be resolved by the tape recording of the transaction, and that recording shall serve as the final determination of the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly.

  8. "READ BACK IS FINAL" when the sports consultant reads back the wager and says "If all of the plays just stated are correct, please state your PIN and Password".

It is the customer's responsibility to correct any errors during the read back. Once the plays are confirmed they are final. In the event that the customer does not hear the read back due to technical difficulties, it is the customer's responsibility to call back immediately to confirm the plays. Otherwise, the wagers will be voided.

All wagers placed via internet are final and are the sole responsibility of the account holder. If you feel your password and login have been compromised, you must contact your agent immediately.

  9. All disputes will be settled by management in a timely manner.

  10. Pay per Head reserves the right to add, delete or change house wagering rules or payoff odds at any time.

  11. The placing of wagers by anyone under 18 is prohibited.

  12. Las Vegas Rules apply to any wager or discrepancy not covered by the rules and regulations herein.

  13. In order to have action, the game must go:

Football (College-Pro) 55 min. of play
Basketball (Pro) 43 min. of play
Basketball (College) 35 min. of play
Hockey (Pro) 55 min. of play
Boxing (Pro - Amateur) 1st round bell
Baseball (Home Team Winning) 4½ innings complete
Baseball (Visitor Winning) 5 innings complete
Baseball (Total Runs - Home team winning) 8½ innings complete
Baseball (Total Runs - visitor winning) 9 innings complete
Other sports (W/time-limits) 5 min. of play remaining

  14. All sporting events must play on the date as scheduled unless otherwise specified. Any event postponed or rescheduled will automatically constitute "No Action".

Baseball Note: If a game is called or suspended after 9 innings of play the score is determined after the last full inning of play, unless the home team scores to tie or win in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score when the game is called. When betting listed pitchers, both pitchers must start in order to have action.

  15. Overtime periods:

    a) When wagering on totals, overtime periods are counted in the final score.

    b) When wagering on quarters, overtime periods are not included.

    c) Overtime is included in 2nd half wagering.

  16. The home team is always listed as the bottom team unless otherwise specified.

  17. Straight wagers: all straight bets pay 11/10 unless otherwise specified.

  18. Parlays: Football & Basketball- The parlay odds may change when using a "money line" in baseball and other events. In case of "no action" or "tie" parlays revert to a lower number of teams. Baseball- The maximum payoffs on baseball parlays is 100/1.

  19. Football teasers: In case of No Action or a Tie on any game in a 3 team teaser or more, the teaser automatically reverts down to the next lowest number of teams. (4 team teaser with a tie becomes a 3 team teaser). Any two team teaser with a winner and a tie or no action is considered a tie. Any loss in a teaser is a loss.

  20. Basketball teasers: In case of a tie or no action in a game, the same rules applicable to football teasers apply to basketball.

  21. Special Teasers

    Football
    4 Teams 13 points - 130/100
    3 Teams 10 points - 120/100

    Basketball
    4 Teams 8 points - 130/100
    3 Teams 6 points - 120/100

ANY LOSS OR TIE IS A LOSS.

In all SPECIAL TEASERS only 1 total per teaser.

  22. If Bets

If bets help customers who want to have action on more than one game but based on the result of the 1st wager. There are 2 types of if bets, "If Win Only" and "If Win/Ties or cancelled.
If Win Only example:501. Dallas Cowboys -5 $110 to win $100 -If Win Only- 504. Carolina Panthers +4 $110 to win $100.
If the Cowboys lose, the wager stops there and is scored a loser -$110; if the Cowboys win +$100 the wager continues to the Panthers wager; if the Panthers win, the wager is a $200 winner; if the Panthers lose the wager is a $10 loss. If the Cowboys win by exactly 5, then there will be no action on the Carolina Panthers and the 110 will go back to your account.
If Win/Ties or cancelled example:501. Dallas Cowboys -5 $110 to win $100If Win/Ties or cancelled504. Carolina Panthers +4 $110 to win $100 In this case, customers will have action on the second part of the wager if Dallas wins by 5 or more points.

  23. Reverse Bets

A Reverse wager connects two contestants in two separate IF bets.
The first IF would connect contestant A to contestant B, the second bet would connect contestant B to contestant A.

Keep in mind Reverses are If bets that continues if win/ties or cancelled.

Example:A customer wants a $100 Action Reverse with the New England Patriots -9, and the Denver Broncos +6.
The play would look like this. Part A: New England Patriots -9 Risking $110 to win $100, If that play wins or pushes then there will be action on the Denver Broncos +6 risking $110 to win $100. If the New England Patriots don't cover the -9 spread then there will be no action on the Denver Broncos +6.ANDPart B: Denver Broncos +3 risking $110 to win $100, if that play wins or pushes then there will be action on the New England Patriots -9 risking $110 to win $100. If the Broncos don't cover the +6 spread then there will be no action on the Patriots -9.The total risk amount is $220.00, but the player has a possibility of winning up to $400.00.

  24. If-bets and reverses: If the first game wins, ties, cancels, or is suspended, etc., you have action on the remaining team or teams, unless otherwise specified. Same is true for reverses.

  25. Buying points: You may purchase 1/2 points in football and basketball, at a cost of 10% vigorish, up to two points.

    Points: Lay/Get:
    ½ 120/100
    1 130/100
    140/100
    2 150/100
If buying on or off 3 or 7 in football (NFL) there is a 10% surcharge.

Soccer Rules

We offer all the major leagues in Europe along with US and International matches. The current list of leagues offered include English Premier, English Division One, Spanish 1st Division, Italian Serie A, Major League Soccer, UEFA Champions League, international matches and any match considered significant.

Money Line involving a tie (three-way price): The most common wager offered by Pay per Head Sportsbook is a money line involving a tie. In this case, there are three options on the outcome of the match – team A, team B or a Tie. These wagers are determined after 90 minutes of regulation play. This includes any added time for injuries or stoppage. Penalty shoot-outs or extra time is not considered in determining the winner of this type of wager. An example of this would be a match in Major League Soccer. If after 90 minutes of regulation time the match is tied, they continue playing 5 minute overtime periods. In soccer wagers where a tie price is offered, the winner would be the tie regardless of the outcome of the extra time.

Money Line without a tie option (two-way price): If a two-way price is offered without a draw option, then the winner of the match is deemed the winner for wagering purposes. This type of wager includes any extra time or penalty kicks to determine the winner. If the match still ends in a tie then moneys will be refunded.

Total Goals: When wagering on total goals scored for a match, the outcome is determined after 90 minutes of regulation time including stoppage and injury time.

Postponed Games: If a match is postponed and rescheduled to occur within 48 hours of the original scheduled date, all bets stand. If the match is not rescheduled to be played within 48 hours, wagers on this match will be deemed 'no action'.

Abandoned Games: Should a match be abandoned before the regulation 90 minutes of play, the wagers on this match will be considered 'no action'. However, if an official result is deemed by the local governing body and game points are awarded, then the official result will stand and the wagers on the match will be settled using the official result.

Golf Rules

All proposition betting must be played to its designated entirety. However, if a player is disqualified or withdrawals during the match the side has action and totals have no action.

For all props that are not completed on the day wagered, due to weather, the action carries over to the next day or until completed. Any future prop based on a certain number of rounds played and does not meet the required length the prop will be deemed no action. For example, Winning 4 round score and the tournament is cut to 54 holes due to bad weather that prop has no action and all wagers will be refunded.

In the event a tournament does not go the specified number of completed holes (usually 72), and the tournament is shortened by PGA officials, the leader at the end of number of holes determined to be official by PGA officials shall be the winner:

Example:
Tournament is scheduled for 72 holes, but only 54 holes can be played due to weather concerns. The leader at the end of 54 holes would be declared the winner of the tournament. In the event that two (or more) golfers are tied for the lead at the end of regulation play, sudden death playoff occurs to determine the winner of the tournament.

In some cases PGA officials may also have the individuals play a specified number of holes to determine the tournament winner.

Example:
Mike and John are tied at the end of regulation play and sudden death occurs. Mike scores a 4 on the first sudden hole and John scores a 5. Mike is the winner of the tournament, and John is awarded a 2nd place finish.

In the event PGA officials order a specified number of holes to be played to determine a winner, the golfer with the lowest score after the specified number of holes have been completed shall be declared the winner, and 2nd, 3rd, etc would be determined by the scores of the remaining golfers. In head to head matches, both golfers MUST tee off in order to have action. The most completed holes and the lowest score for either golfer is the winner of the match up.

Example:
John -120
Mike +100

If John and Mike both tee off for the tournament in question, the above match up is "in action". If both golfers fail to make the cut to advance to the final rounds of play, the golfer with the lowest score wins.

Example:
John completes 36 holes and has a score of +8
Mike completes 36 holes and has a score of +9

In this case, John wins the match up since he has a lower score than Mike does. If John and Mike complete regulation play, and each have a score of -3, the match up would be a tie, and monies refunded, EXCEPT in the case where John and Mike were tied for 1st place at the end of regulation play (then sudden death would be used to determine the winner). If a wager is taken on a match up for the overall tournament, both golfers MUST tee off for action. In the event that one player or the other is disqualified or withdraws, the other golfer will be the winner of the match up.

In the event a match up is taken on a round by round basis (1st Round, 2nd Round, 3rd Round, etc) or (1st and 2nd rounds, or 3rd and 4th rounds), both golfers MUST tee off for action, and in the event that a wager is taken on the 1st and 2nd (or the 3rd and 4th rounds) for the same two players, and the player tees off in the 3rd round, and then withdraws, the player remaining would be the winner of that match up in the 3rd round, and there would be NO action on the 4th round wager (since one of the two players withdrew.
